In the world of American fashion, Marc Jacobs is a giant, with a star-studded pedigree and status as an instantly recognizable icon.
Little Book of Marc Jacobs features the designer's many unforgettable moments - bringing grunge to the catwalk with his controversial 1993 show for Perry Ellis, putting Victoria Beckham in a carrier bag for a campaign shot with Juergen Teller, pioneering the diffusion line when he launched Marc by Marc Jacobs, elevating the Louis Vuitton monogram bag with artist collaborations from Steven Sprouse and Takashi Murakami, inventing the "Marc girl" and serving as Vogue's first ever guest editor.
With dozens of images accompanied by expert text from fashion writer Ashley Brozic, this is the fully illustrated story of Marc Jacobs, from grunge nonchalance to uptown polish and everything in between.
